1.項目概述 Project Overview

本項目為馬來西亞某配電室的應用，應用在33kV的配電柜中，需要配置無線測溫產(chǎn)品，實現(xiàn)安全溫度監(jiān)測。銅排尺寸為10mm×130mm，選擇我司ATE400型CT感應取電式傳感器，并且采用ATC450收發(fā)器來連接顯示裝置。通過RS485通訊數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)娇蛻羝脚_進行實時監(jiān)控，可有效防止過熱故障，影響設備正常運行，避免安全隱患。出于安全和經(jīng)濟效益考慮，建議在配電室各電氣節(jié)點進行溫度實時監(jiān)測。

This project is an application in a distribution room in Malaysia. It is used in a 33kV switchboard and needs to be equipped with wireless temperature measurement products to achieve safe temperature monitoring. The size of the copper bar is 10mm×130mm. Choose our ATE400 CT powered temperature sensor, and use ATC450 transceiver to connect to the display device. The RS485 communication data is transmitted to the customer platform for real-time monitoring, which can effectively prevent overheating failures, affecting the normal operation of the equipment, and avoiding potential safety hazards. For the sake of safety and economic benefits, it is recommended to conduct real-time temperature monitoring at each electrical node in the power distribution room.
